Payment structure for build projects:
Monthly recurring. Predictable costs, reliable coverage. Retainer plans cover labour, monitoring, and support — replacement hardware is billed separately at cost plus handling, with your approval before anything is ordered.
Retainer pricing depends on system complexity and number of deployed units. Clients with active build projects receive a preferred rate.
